Craig fixed my wheels beautifully. Then, on the way out of the dealership, I cranked into a curb and tore it up again. I was sick, but he said he would fix it. He met me at a Home Depot, and in 15 minutes the wheel looked good as new. I had cash in hand to cover my mistake, but he would not accept it. Craig is a true artist, and a good person. He has my business from now on!

Great job! I've been to rim on one of these nice Nashville potholes, and they were able to fix it within an hour.

I was very impressed with them. Great communication. Zach was the best, made everything easy, communicated clearly before showing up. I take care of my cars and low profile tires and potholes don't go well together in Nashville. I was so glad they could salvage my rim.

Super quick and the turnaround time was just a couple hours for 3 wheels! Crazy fast and reliable guys. My wheels look like new, I had some reservations at first because my wheels are gloss black but they came out better than factory. Removed the curb rash, painted to match the factory color, new clear coat, and a same day turnaround, I don't see any negatives whatsoever, 5 stars all around.

I recently had to get a tire plugged, the Discount tire that did the work, chipped the wheel when they were breaking down the wheel. They sent it to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of Nashville to be repaired. First of all, something that should have been done in the same day, took till the end of the day the next day. Secondly, they did a poor job of prepping the wheel, which they told Discount tire and they subsequently told me the reason it wasn't done same day, was that the wheel took longer to strip than they anticipated, which was a lie. The wheel was never stripped, you can see from the photo of the back that the wheel still has old dust on it. They sanded the damage out, poorly I might add, as you can tell from the pictures where there are damaged places that just got powdered over and you can still the damage. Third of all, there was no clear coat added which was requested so the wheel would match the other 3 on the car. So in short, they lied about why the wheel took so long, produced a still damaged product and didn't have all the correct coatings. Avoid this place. This is what they do.
